Exercise for a hypertensive patient for a beginner should be.

C) 20-30 mins a day for 4 days a week.

Because at start we cannot directly make him do too strenuous task. As BP may suddenly fall down.

But exercise can be gradually increased over a period of time and should be adjusted as per demand and tolerance.
