There are some societal tasks such as teaching new members. The knowledge has to be shared in so that law and order continues in the same way. So here Family, education and religion takes care. Education educates many students or people regarding knowledge, the more of education is there then more skill force is there I the country, there is more development in the country. Family also educates kids regarding basic cleanliness or hygiene or good manners which are useful as a good citizens.

Preserving order - social control - Here social control is essential;, as it maintains harmony in the society, if there is law and order then there is less chaos in the society. There is basic discipline which helps in day to day life and also in professional life. I Family and government takes care of that. Especially government plays an important role as tasks such tax affairs, traffic controls, new rules of citizens maintain harmony in the country. Wherever such law are abided there is les terrorism or less attacks.

Providing and maintaining a sense of purpose - This helps in abolishing which are no longer required by the society, this helps in bringing new rules or new laws which are essential for the development of the country. Here religion, media and government take good care. Media helps in focusing what is redundant but is still practised, religion helps in shaping society in a new way since it is one of the oldest forms and government helps in bringing changes such making same sex relationships valid, or giving subsidy to below economic class.
