Discuss what you feel is missing from Lewin's theoretical leadership construct as it relates to fully explaining your beliefs about leadership. Does this theory fall short in explaining who you are as a leader? How?

Lewin's theoretical leadership construct lists out three leadership styles -authoritative, participative and delegative. It seems like categorizing the leadership style under one broad heading, with no interconnection and interference from other style. Can a person have only one leadership style throughout all the situations and scenarios ? Human personality and behaviour is a mixture of so many behaviours, traits and emotions. A person can be aggressive yet emotional yet happy on the same day. Same wise, I feel that one cannot have one leadership style as a standard one. I do not see myself completely as one of the leadership style, yet a combination of all, depending on the scenario. We cannot be authoritative at all times, feedback from others is required. Likewise, we cannot let others decide all the times, we have to be authoritative.
