Relationship Oriented: having a relation oriented behavior of a leader means that the leader does not focus only on achieving goals, but focuses on the employees as well and tries to build healthy and happy kind of relation with the employees in the organization. The leader tries to create healthy relation by supporting the employees, empowering them and praising them on doing good work.
Reasons for selection:
This leadership style is selected as creating strong relations with the employees will create happy and satisfied workforce and a productive work culture, unlike following only task oriented approach.
