Three channels of communication are formal, informal and unofficial. These communication channels are exits in any of the organization. The formal channel means the written communication between the business stakeholders/ parties. The informal channel is generally verbal communication between the business stakeholders/parties/ employee etc. The unofficial channel is the communication between the parties / stakeholders/employees which is not intended officially. This communication is based on personal contact or friendships etc.

These channels affect the communication as informal and unofficial channel are impacting the organization communication and it adversely impact the business while the official communication channel is positively helps the organization.

Selecting and using the tools for decoding messages accurately is based on the type of communication tool used and how it can be decoded into the meaningful outcome for the audiences. Thus the decoding tool will be like message communication, language translator, non verbal decoding ways, sign tools etc. are used for the communication decoding purposes.

The words model create our reality and influence our behavior as it shows how we uses the word and the impact of word using show our behavior and character to others. By listening to our words, the other persons can make assumption about our reality and behavior. The word selection I based on our knowledge, character, ethics, values and behavior we used to demonstrate in the market. Thus we can say that words selection can demonstrate our reality and behavior among others.

The cultural differences affect communication as we understand the communication based on the culture in which we live or adapted. Thus culture I the key factor that impacts the communication and our communication is significantly influenced and impacted by our culture. Communications are used based on the cultures as culture drives the communication among the society and people.
