The accountant for Buddy’s Machine shop has just received a new Windows 10 computer.
His accounting software has been installed and is working well. However, he asks you to
install a PDF printer that he uses to generate invoice PDFs to send out via email. This PDF
printer is quite expensive. Explain why this PDF printer is not necessary for Windows 10.

whindows 10 comes with an inbuild pdf printer which was Microsoft Print to PDF. any software which installed on a PC to uses its os services to print. as the window 10 packed up with Mircosoft Print to PDF which was used to print the doucments in PDF. the accounting software is also uses the same feature to print.

one was to use the print to pdf in windows 10

1. we have to make Microsoft Print to PDF as default printer

or

2. Each and every time weh you want ot print to PDF you have to select the Microsoft Print to PDF and then you have to print.

3. when you use the  Microsoft Print to PDF it will ask for location and file name to save. you have to give spacify the name and location the it will save on that location.

so by utilyzing  Microsoft Print to PDF service we need not install any other thrid party service to do that function.
