The principle product of light reaction is carbohydrate and oxygen. the by product of light reaction we use for respiration. the calvin cycle start with 6,3 phosphoglycerate. it react with 6 molecule of ATP and form 6,1,3 biphosphoglycerate. now NADH react with it and form 6 glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate and also give a byproduct 1 glyceraldehyde3-phophate . now 6 glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate after giving byproduct 1 glyceraldehyde 3-phophate it convert into 5 glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate . further 5 glyceraldehyde change into 3 ribuloase 5 phosphate and by getting 3 ATP it further change into ribulose 1,5 biphophate and it will take 2 carbon dioxide change into 6,3 phosphoglycerate.
