1-I would rate my organization's which is acumen website 5 being good for usability because when a customer access to its website they can find all the options at the top like if person wants to know about information of this NGO called Acumen they can go to "about option". site has the option "latest" in which person can know about latest efforts and endeavors of Acumen. This helps site easy to navigate also images moves as we scroll up and down on site which make it easy to look and not confusing at all.

Yes, People can find out about their charities or donations quickly because Company post all the data and information related to donation as well how many life in different countries donation made easier and healthier because of their donations.

2- How does your organization measure return on investment for social media?

My organization uses social media to inform people about cause and event so they can make donations on its website and contribute to better cause in society.Company allocate the cost of labor staff working on social media to inform people about donation, mails , notices of meetings etc also company calculate the benefits it recieved over social media in the form of gifts or money donations, voluntary work by people etc.

in short, company summarizes the cost and benefit and traffic of people and support of people social media to measure the ROI on social media.
