Ans :

Diluting factor = ( final volume / solute volume)

putting values :

20 = ( V / 1)

V = 20 L

So if the volume of BTB solution is 1 L having the concentration of 0.05 g/L , the amount of water needed :

= 20 L - 1 L

= 19 L water
