He analyzes , designs and implements information system around the project objectives so that proper procedures are developed for timely & effective completion of project and also to ensure that project objectives are met. The basic interest of a system analyst is to gain knowledge from the new project . |
He makes sure all the activities are as per requirement of the objectives of the project and first he makes the project feasible on paper. Then through management information system he ensures all relevant activities are done on time . |
