HIT can be redesigned in some ways that could ease patient anxieties while providing accurate information to the caregiver team. The first way is to create two interfaces having HIT. One interface should be for patients where patients can get information related to the course of action, possible expenses and other calming information so that patient is informed and eliminates the anxiety level. Another interface should be for the caregivers where they can get complex analysis and simulation based outcomes to make a right decision. HIT can be redesigned in some ways that could ease patient anxieties while providing accurate information to the caregiver team. The second way is to ensure the delivery of information in the language and within a scope that creates calm to the patient and reduces the anxiety. At the same time, caregiver team gets the information required and get it shortlisted as well to deliver precise treatment. The third way is to make provision one to one counselling regarding the HIT and information provided by the HIT. Here, patients can also ask questions and get answers to calm their nerves. It will make HIT to be more patient friendly without affecting the ability to provide key information to caregiver team.
