When a baby breast feeds and sucks on breast

it sends signals to brain to release prolactin and oxytocin , responsible for making more breast milk and releasing the breast milk respectively . So this is a automatic natural reaction of body so milk let doen occurs in both the breast due to milk ejection reflex.
