It is possible by introducing a inter-genic supression mutation in the tRNA synthetase gene of the UGG.

UGG code for the tryptophan. Now if you can incorporate a mutation in the tRNA synthetase gene of the UGG that will ligate the tryptophan amino acids to the UGA tRNA, then at the mutant position (UGG to UGA) in spite of the presence of the UGA codon, tryptophan amino acid will be incorporated in the nascent peptide. So, there will be no change in the protein.

If you want to completely exclude this mutant codon from the genome, then you have to find out which protein is affected. Then you have to find out the DNA sequence. Now you can construct this DNA segment. Now, amplify the DNA and transform it inside the cell. This DNA will undergo homologous recombination and mutant codon will be exclude out of the genome.
