Diversity – When the diversity is viewed from the worldview, it indicates about the job enrichment, spiritually speaking it includes the effort to make God happy, having similarities of results and it was imprinted in the overall image of the God

Leadership – Viewed from the perspective of the world, leadership denoted the charismatic individual who is visionary, have a high level of discipline and the attitude to serve others

Management – The management is mainly an activity which is driven by its bottom line has very well place micromanagement and a combination of four activities namely planning, organizing, controlling, directing and having the accountability to the different tasks

.Motivation – This is an inherently driven feeling that can be manifested from the expectations of monetary rewards and respecting God

Change – It represents the state needing the change in the status quo and it can be both destructive and constructive and have to be managed effectively
