I am Sami Alotibi from Saudi Arabia. I came across your Institute named Meridian Institute of Surgical Assisting in Nashville, Tennessee which offers the opportunity to continue my higher education. I have a post-secondary diploma from Ideal Akademy For Health Training (IAHT), Madina, Saudi Arabia. With GPA 3.83 from 5. I am interested in applying for bachelor's degree from Meridian Institute of Surgical Assisting in Nashville.

Currently I am working Assistant Surgeon at the king Fahad Cardiac Center – King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It allows and support me financially via a scholarship to do my bachelor's degree in USA. However, my scholarship includes one-year English study in United State before I start my Bachelor program. My plan is first to apply for a conditional approval from your institute. Then, I will start my English program for one year. As soon as I finish, I will start my Bachelor program.

I would like to know whether I could have a conditional approval from your institute. Such conditional approval is required from my institute to apply for a scholarship. As I mentioned, the scholarship will cover the cost of my English program (one year) as well as the complete Bachelor program.

Please find attached a copy of passport, the financial guarantee from my sponsor, diploma certificate, recommendations.
