Mediation is the process of involving as a third party and resolving the conflict of two parties. The mediation process helps in understanding the issue of the conflict between two parties and finding a common solution where both parties comes to an agreement and resolved the conflict.

Following are the six step of mediation process a below

• Bargaining and Generating solutions
• Reaching an agreement

This is the model of six step of mediation, which starts with the introduction with the parties, problem understanding, data collection and analysis, then redefining the problem, then generating suitable solution and finally reaching to the agreement where both parties are OK and eliminating the conflict.

The benefit that a company requires when applying this conflict mediation model is that the company is able to resolve the conflicts between their parties with the help of the mediation process. The mediators are helping in solving the company major conflicting issues and reaching to a solution stage. Company is able to manage their conflict easily.
