Answer:

A company engaged in international business will be a Hundred-year-old Ayurveda company of India. As yoga being globally accepted and loved by the people can make Ayurveda too successful in outside the countries. Ayurveda is the natural therapy were problems related to health are cure by natural medicines and all-natural therapies including some kind of medicated bath, yogas, acupressure and medicine made of natural herbs and most important meditation. The approach is initiated as people from different countries are coming to India for Ayurveda treatment in Range of the Himalayas and other parts of the country too.

Although beyond the boundary the major challenge can be of the quality of the raw material and preservation from being contaminated. But when there is will there is the way. As China is selling and exploring the whole world as a small global village this Ayurveda company can also do so.

The major challenges faced by the company before going global are-

  1. Internal: Firstly the company will have to enter the global market with full research and its strength
  • Talent Crunch- A home trained staff to be appointed like other big companies. The First impression is the last impression, to retain customer and make the new customer the one who is representing should be perfect in his work. Even there culture and differences should be worked on before.
  • Cultural Differences- Every country has there own culture and values, employees should be treated equally with no discrimination. To respect and follow is one of the best moral values as well as the best marketing strategy. Sometimes different country has some other way of treating issues we should respect their sentiments too as the customer is a king and employee is an asset.
  • Strong mission and vision of the company- If the goal will be clear and specific it will be easy for employer to achieve success on personal and on an organizational perspective also. The goal of Ayurveda is to serve by natural care and it has to be the same and specific.

2. External- The challenges faced by the companies outside the firm. These are a major challenge that has to be solved for sure to make progressing ahead in business.

  • Rules and regulations- This is true that now the trading market is globalized and is acceptable everywhere but still the government of country has some rules and regulations. License is made on any eatable things, especially on medicated things.
  • Uneven change in exchange value.- Serving through Ayurveda is the main motive but to run business capital and profit is important. So as the market is fluctuating because of the slow economic growth of some big countries like Europe and the U.S,

To strategize growth plans and utilize resources in an efficient way to beat the competition and survive in a new market, making a good brand image, is essential in business. The Ayurveda is a rich heritage and traditional therapy treatment which is best that gives no side effects and full treatment will be a clear mission of the company to progress.
