How would antibodies against the ACh receptors affect the levels of Ca2+ inside the sarcoplasmic reticulum? What effect does this have on the actin and myosin filaments?

The Ca2+ would not release from the vesicles due to limited function of ryanodine receptors. The ryanodine receptors are located on the sarcoplasmic reticulum and once opened allows Ca2+ flow from sarcoplasmic reticulum into the sarcoplasm. The limited function of ryanodine receptors are caused by low ACh and signal conduction. All these contribute in retaining high storage.
