1. Managing of Recruitment and Retention.

Recruitment stand for when organizations want to employ and adjust current manpower position so the company can effectively manage the daily operational activity and demand of the customer, without adequate manpower in the organization we can't imagine the future of the company.

Managing Recruitment
The management of Recruitment means we need to maintain the balance between the current supply and demand of employees for the organization.

Sources of Recruitment
1. Internal Source
When a company hire and employee staff from within a country boundary then it said to be an internal source.
(a) - Internal Transfer
Transfer employees from one department to other department or other branch to fulfill the current need
(b) - Promotion
After the promotion of employees, we can fill vacant seats on the higher level it will give dual benefits to the organization first fill the vacant seat of the organization and motivate remaining staff for better performance.

2. External Source
When a company fills vacant seats of the company with the help of Eternal Sources it called External Source.
(a) - Employment Agencies
(b) - Outsource Agency
(c) - Online Websites/Newspaper advertisements
(d) - Organizations Walk-in
(e) - Campus Placement from College & Universities


Above mentioned two methods help us manage organization recruitment more effectively

2. Employee engagement
Employee engagement means the relationship between employees and employer, its help to improve communication as well as the productivity which lead to growth & stability in the organization

Types of Employees
(1) - Active Engaged
Engaged employees are those who participate in the activity of the organization with positive motive and try to take an innovative step for the improvement of the company.

(2) - Inactive Engaged
Inactive Engaged are those employees who are part of the company's daily activities but mentally they are inactive in the company growth and relationship.

(3) - Not Engaged
Many employees in the organization don't physically or mentally present in the relationship in the company's daily activity.

There are lots of issues faced by the HR(Human Resources) department in the organization some of them are given below.

1. Retaining Skilled Employees
Retain efficient and skilled employees is important for every organization because employees are the assets of the organization and it not only helps the organization to growth but also to motivate other employees also
2. Training & Development of Employees
The second biggest problem for the organization is to provide adequate training to existing employees and help it to improve the productivity of all the employees.
3. Performance & Appraisal
Performance measurement and timely increment are the key to success of every organization, so every organization need to do this on a fixed interval with proper tools and techniques
4. Health & Safety
Health & Safety in the premises and family security biggest problem for the organization and their settlement of disputes
5. Discipline
Every organization need to maintain discipline for timely completion of task and effective governance
