An employee can not be sure every time that his work supports boss work and if his work is meeting with the goal of the organizations or not. It is usual happening that a conflict occurs between an employee and a manager, boss or someone in position over him. In an organization, conflict can occur on differ rent values, preferences, approaches and goals. Conflicts often occur due to not meeting the expectation. It must be addressed and solved before it gets worse for both as well as for the organization.
For this, the employee could address conflicts and address the underlying issues and needs and then identify mutually acceptable solution.. this is a good resource and one of the strong conflict resolutions. The employees could share their problems and focus on the issue and not on the persona grudges. The employee required to take time listening to his boss and try to view the whole situation from his boss point of view. In this process, the employee should not interrupt the boss and respect his answer. Then, the employee can put his views and expectation to them after clarifying their intentions and ask the boss for a solution that meets the expectation of both the employee and boss.
