b. Review : In this step the application and resume of the candidate is reviewed so only the candidates who are matching the job roles are called for the interview and further selection process. c. Interview : When the candidate meets the set criteria they are called in for interview, these can start with the phone interviews while the shortlisted candidates are called for the personal interviews.
d. Tests : Before selecting a candidate they need to go through various tests such as drug test, personality test, reference checks, background check etc. These tests are necessary for narrowing the procedure and eliminating any further issues.
