There is a facility in FMCG industry that did not do enough to protect its workers, because it did not provide the adequate training from good trainers that could bet equip the employees to prevent chemical and biological hazards. Besides, the safety devices used for the employees were also not enough and of good quality that can create damage to any day to the concerned employees.

In this regard, facility should bring the protection strategy as follows:

A. Develop a protection plan that is customized to the requirements of the facility and bring necessary experts who will first train the people to deal with the chemicals or similar substances while protecting themselves.

B. Incorporate best quality devices, covers and other utility items that are used to wear and do the work to protect the employees.

C. Get the whole process being examined by the third party independent agency who holds expertise in this field.

D. While getting accredited, also implement OSHA guidelines to ensure that employees are  safe from any kind of hazard.

E. Apply a feedback system and give due considerations to the feedback of the employees so that potential hazards can be prevented.
