the success of business organizations depends upon the number of customers associated with the organization.there are several challenges such as
a)how to attract new customer
b)how to retain old customers in presence of tough competition.
c)how to increase the number of customers with the help of existing customers.

to meet out the above requirement, "information" about customer and market demand plays a vital role.
it means there is a pressing need of CRM(Customer relation ship management) system.
now a days a modern CRM system is available in the form of software(information system).

today's CRM provides all the required information which is fruitful for the business.

apart from all that modern information system provides reports in required formats

b)to take corrective actions(if required) by the feedback provided by the information system.
