Stress can be dangerous if it is consistent. Stress destroys a person slowly. It affects the hormonal levels in humans which leads to many medical problems.

A healthier world would be a better world as the people would be more efficient with work.

If we each caused others less stress, it would lead to a better world.

If people will have less stress or no stress they will start remaining healthy day by day.

Stress will make a person lack in concentration, perfection, consistency etc.

Hence, a person should remain stress free in all possible manner.
