burnout is a state of emotional,physical and psychological exhaustion caussed by excessive and prolonged stress.it occurs when you feel overwhelmed,emotionally drained and unable to meet constant demand.as the stress continue you begin to lose their interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.burnsout reduces and productivity and saps your energy ,leaving you feeling increasingly helpless,hopeless.often you feel you have nothing more to give.its affect on every area of your life.such as your home work,social life ,job work,your relationship also.burnout can also cause long term changes to your body that makes you velnerable to illness like colds and flu.

when you feel that you are suffering from burnout at that time you feel helpless.but you have a lotset s of power to control over stress than you think.making a social contact is a best way to control your stresss and balancing your nervous system.their are some method to overcome from burnout-

1- go to that person who is very closet to you

2-be more sociable with your family member and your friends

3-remove your all contact from negative people

4-try to connect a sociable group which is meaningfull for you

5-try to make relation with a good and positive nature friends
