a) Overtime and budget- yes this is serious problem but we can solve it my reducing man power and getting only liable person on project.
b) Feature creep- if developer is not clear with feature then its problem with software development process. Some time need to spend more time on requirement engineering for clearing point and features
c) Inaccurate estimation of the labor involved - Assigned proper and balanced work to all involved person may solve this problem
d) Lack of financial support- This is management level issues but it can solve my developing low features projects
e) Lack of technical knowledge and expertise - Right person should be at right position in SDL. for that intially team leader need to identify strong and weak point in employee
