Briefly explain what is meant by the concept of “Filtering of Warnings”
Filtering of warning refers to the understanding of the need to
control knowledge in an organization, especially when it holds the
potential to disrupt the functional aspect of the process in
return. Most warnings are not addressed most straightforwardly
since it needs to be adjusted based on what its impact would be and
how the aspect of damage can be minimized. The leaders and managers
use this undertaking most suitably, to mask the nature of their
communication to stand a better chance at projecting better
understanding and getting the point across with minimal possible
associated risks. Filtering of warnings is, therefore, a conscious
effort made by an individual to facilitate the risk mitigation
impact of understanding of personal communication and therefore, is
necessary for the sense of organizational communication, feedback
or the critique given to an individual.
