Dear All,

Greetings from A2Z Networking Corporation.

As we all know, our company has taken up a great project in association with the Miami state government in the setting up of information centers at various significant spots in the state. This project is considered to be a deal breaking one and the performance of our company in this will lead us to higher levels in the corporate sector. As a part of the initial steps towards moving towards this venture, a team need to be formed which should be collaboration if various departments of our company i.e finance department, marketing department, sales department, operations department and HR department.

This is an official communication from the side of our company to inform all our employees that the selection process for the team members are to be commencing shortly. The team that needs to be formed should consist of members from all functional area of the company as this is huge project that requires special and critical attention. The initial estimates are that there is a requirement of 10 members from the finance department, 5 from the sales department, 10 from the marketing department, 15 from HR department and 20 from the operations department. Requirement of technical persons are included in the operations department. The detailed requirement of the staffs would be given in the lists forwarded to the respective departments.

The employees appearing for the candidature is supposed to satisfy some criteria. They should be working with the organization for at least 3 years. In special cases, exceptionally performing employees will be considered with the reference from the respective department managers. There shouldn’t be any kind of black marks in their career profile and should have been a member of at least 5 projects undertaken by the company. Employees with onsite experience from operations department are desirable for the project.

Interested employees can contact with their respective department heads and along with a releasing order from the current project, they can approach the HR department for further procedures.
