For do it, we put a positive test load q0 at the point and we measure F / q0 Will F / q0 be less than, equal to, or greater than E at the point in question?

because of , in the presence of positive charge ball , the charge on test load will be redistributed .. now, the net force between the charged ball and test load will decreased and hence the effectively F/q0 will decreased .
