You are very satisfied with an internship in a company to the extent that you really want to get a full-time job there. You know that your great performance during internship increases your chances but it may not be enough. What networking activities you would take to increase your chances of getting a full-time job offer? Think about what people you would meet, and what other steps you would take.

As internship is essential after professional studies and during studies, internship is exploring and developing skills among the student with empowering their experience and confidence for career growth. When company work environment and trainee learning curiosity are closely relate then trainee level of interest and commitment to work with existing company at high level because of comfort, acceptance, friendly environment and learning exposure. Company culture, ethical practices, compensation policies and team support always influence the trainee interest in the organization. As we all knows that training and full time job both are different and for trainee tough to get full time job in the same company but trainee performance , productivity, skills, commitment ,relationship with seniors , professional degree and hard work always creating a background for trainee to get full time job in existing company where he performing internship. Performance during internship count much but it is not a final get pass for full employment in any organization where trainee performing internship. Internship is essential for every professional because it will enhance their expertise, knowledge, efficiency and professional tactics. Offering internship is a general professional practice of organization but permanent employment always crucial and need strong background for organization.

As we all knows that performance and productivity is not enough for organization, there need to be a good relationship with seniors and top managers of organization to get an attention for your full time existence in organization. I will attempt to build strong relationship with my senior managers during my internship that will help much for my full time employment in organization.

I will meet with my senior frequently and create my image in their mind through prompt action and work according to my manager’s instruction and guidelines. I will keep accept new responsibilities and challenges with full of spirits and try to explore my skills and knowledge in front of senior managers. I will keep performing, well connected with managers and team, follow the organization rules and regulation and work with high commitment. Variety of skills and expertise are requiring for trainee to get final settlement in the existing organization, performance is really count much but strong relationship with managers will always build strong backup for confirmation.
