Harassment in workplace is very common these days. It may be either physical or mental harassment. However, women are mostly targeted of sexual harassment at workplace. According to me workplace harassment is an serious offense and it should be strictly prohibited. Employees should not hide it and should raise their voice against any type of harassment. Many people afraid of losing job or loss of respect etc. They let whatever goes on with them. Some person misuse their power in office and tease women either by passing comments or giving obscene remarks or asking for sexual favor, which is totally wrong and unacceptable at all.

Work place harassment is unwelcome lead from a chief, colleague, managers etc. Whose activities, correspondence, or conduct taunts, belittles, puts down, derides, or scorns a worker. Physical ambushes, dangers, and terrorizing are serious varieties of badgering and tormenting.
