Here, I have prepared Flow chart for Health care -Patients service process, This Patients service system includes various tasks to be executed by Health care service providers and Staff, list of tasks are written below:

  • Registration Process
  • X – Ray Scanning Process
  • Billing Process for the executed service
  • Discharge Process

From the below Flowchart, we can find that X Ray caning process takes maximum time to serve one Patient, here, time to serve one patient = 60 minutes/4 Patients = 15 Minutes per Patient, Hence, we can conclude that X - Ray scanning process is Bottleneck Process,
