Please complete the following 36 reactions, showing complete balanced equations following the guidelines that are given in 1 a-e. The purpose of this lab is to determine which one of the solutions listed below is found in each of the nine test tubes given to you by mixing them only. The nine possible solutions are:

0.1 M BaCl2

6 M NH3

6 M NaOH

0.1 M CuSO4

0.1 M Pb(NO3)2

0.1 M AI(NO3)3

0.1 M Na2CO3

6M HCI

3 M H2SO4

In your journal, write the possible metathesis reactions that could occur when each of the nine substances is mixed with each of the other eight. Write them in the order on the "pre-lab prediction grid" sheet.

a. Note that you do not have to show each substance reacting with itself

b. In addition, you only have to show the reaction between two substances at one time. For examples, once you have written the possible reaction between HCL and H2SO4 that appears on the first row of the pre-lab prediction grid, you do NOT have to also show how the reaction between H2SO4 and HCL that appears in the second row of the prediction grid.

c. Consult the solubility rules handout to help you predict if the products that from in these metathesis reactions will be solids or gases.
