To convey the truth of any sort you need to clearly communicate with your staff members and concerned people. Involve them in solving the issues and make them stay aware with whatever happening in the premises. Approach the head of the school to support you and direct every member to participate in every matter and programs where their contribution is needed. And request him to direct the staff to stay truthful and integrated. Have a meeting, share your thoughts and asks others to support and join you for better handling the responsibilities. Be transparent and convey every information necessary for making the students and other members aware of without delay. Thus being straightforward and responsible will help you stay connected with others and at the same time to meet your duties.
