This question will have different answers depending on the nature of the policy statements collected

This case describes a single incident that occurred between co-workers Matt Owens and Erin Dempsey one evening at work, along with the subsequent meeting Erin had with her boss’s boss the following morning to report the incident. Erin believes the incident is sexual harassment. The case gives students an opportunity to carefully consider what is, and what is not, sexual harassment.
