OPPORTUNITIES--------THEY CAN CONTINUE TO GROW BASED ON PROMOTIONS. ALONG WITH EXPANDING THEIR WINE VARIETY AND EXPANDING THEIR GLOBAL PRESENCE WITH THEIR WINE TRADE, CLUBS AND SERVICES.
THREATS--------HIGH COMPETITION RATE IN THE WINE INDUSTRY AND MORE AND MORE WINERIES AND VINEYARDS ARE SURFACING.
