The steps Which can I take to become a 'game changer' are as follows -
1-) Listening to the feedback of team members and taking it seriously . Feedback about the work and each others will inform us about the perception of every individual and working on it as a team will build trust among each other and make relationships more stable.
2-) Give the team members a vision that they are working for the greater good - A vision should be provided to the team members that their work is highly significant and it will solve a problem which will be beneficial for the soceity. This will boost their morale to work for Greater good.
3-)The Culture of the ORGANISATION should be work supportive - Some Employees who wants to work but cannot work efficiently due to delay in decisions by other members . This needs to be changed and the Culture of the organisation should be work supportive and friendly.
4-) As Kevin Ollie boosted his team's morale and changed Culture by listening out to his team and giving training sessions to them whenever it is needed. Even after getting fired from Connecticut , he worked for the team . This type of commitment also inspires other team members to work.
