What is Feedback ?

Feedback is an essential part of an employee performance.It is about giving information in a way that encourages the recipient to accept, reflect on, learn from it.

In a project context, feedback is the information sent to an individual or a group about its prior behavior so that they may adjust its current and future behavior to achieve desired result.
