CMS helps the users to add the website contents from a graphical user interface (GUI) without knowing the backend programming mechanism. Website contents can contain any or all of the below:

· Web pages

· Plain text

· Images

· Videos

· Tables

CMS allows multiple users to work on same website at the same time. The content changes on the website are controlled by the role of the user.

CMS general has below two parts:

· Content Management Application: It is the UI application which allows the users to drag drop OR type the contents in simple plain language.

· Content delivery Application: CDA is backend interact which interprets the contents added in CMA to web development language so that it can fit in the website and can be displayed on the site.
