At Level 3

Distinguish and arrange type of sources and sent to eligible data source.

At Level 2

System will check whether source is secure or not. If not then it immediately end process.

It also check whether this source has permit to deal with its data.

If source is not secure or not eligible then signal will become 0.

At Level 1

If signal is 1 then data will be either transfer or receive.
