If a cell is able to use both aerobic and anaerobic respiration, it can regenerate (NAD+) and produce a minimum of 2 ATP per glucose, which allow the cell to (oxidize pyruvate).

Aerobic respiration method would it utilize if oxygen is available because oxygen will act as final electron accept.

Anaerobic respiration method would it utilize if oxygen is not y because some other inorganic elements is present as electron accept.
