Unethical practices are violation of moral values and principles, which determine the conduct of any business. To deter unethical practices in an organization, the organization implements code of conducts which include ethical practices and policies. These ethics are the statement of values and beliefs that the organization wishes to follow and run its business accordingly. The code of ethics is primarily concerned with the following areas:

• Conflict of interest.

• Employee hiring practices.

• Information risk.

• Organization’s assets, funds and records.

• Quality and quantity of product or service.

Aggregate planning is an operational activity, concerned with matching supply and demand of output. It aims at balancing long-term strategic planning with the short-term production of the organization.

• Making promises to customers that you know your production team cannot fulfil: Product functionality or service upgrade timelines failures might leave customers in a rut that results in dissatisfied customers

• For happening sales final before a customer has had a sufficient time for trying out a product: Doing this means you are not letting customer make an informed and wise choice which is not fir on him.
