1. The organization will remain successful in the short term as long as it is able to manage the emerging technologies, but lack of though management and leadership, organization will be unable to produce its own proprietary technologies and it will never be the core competency of the organization. In the long run, the organization will pay higher prices and cost advantage will be reduced. As a result, the firm's market share will shrink.

2. It will be difficult to attract top talents having strong thought process. Besides, it will be difficult to retain the top talents as well since there is no any thought leadership.

3. Profit level will decrease in the long run with continuous reliance on management, but not giving attention to the thought leadership.
