The seed coat which offers protection and nourishment aren't available in seedless plant.Seed coats in seed have a fully developed embryo which is ready to grow, while seedless plant need to undergo a reproduction process before they're ready to grow.Seeds do not necessarily need water to germinate and grow whil seedless plant needs it.
