Answer #1

I have never been in a situation but one of my friends had an experience with a company where, although my friend had great pay and benefits, my friend was not satisfied with the way my friend was treated and the work environment. Herzberg’s motivator - Hygiene theory brings out the two major factors such as motivating factors such as the pay and benefits and the hygiene factors such as the environmental factors. In order to improve job satisfaction, one needs to focus on the task at hand, develop realistic goals, improve communication and look at the long-term big picture rather than the present scenario.
