I will talk about my Bass in previous company

1) He possessed Legitimate power as he was my direct manager. The company had given him power basis the role he use to carry out

2) He followed transformational leadership theory as he focused on building relationship, increasing morale and motivation at work and focusing on building trust amongst team members

3) He had team leadership style as he focused on team's future. He use to inspire members through Vision and Mission of the organization with strong sense of purpose.
