Does Donald Trump “play well with others?" His book highlights mostly his successes, as you would expect. But in this blog, I will dissect his view of Negotiating a bit, with lessons learned for all of us. In any case, the stage has now shifted, as he plunges into the political arena. In fact, Trump himself proclaimed in his presidential announcement last June: “We need a leader that wrote The Art of the Deal.”

President Donald Trump ranked by Forbes as the world's third most powerful person in 2018. Trump is an authentic leader in the way most people define authenticity – he means what he says, and he will say what he means, even if it is utterly unpalatable to the people who are listening to him.

I will choose two skills one is Communication skills and another is leadership skills. Now, I shall define them as follows:

1) Communication skills:

It refers to an individual's ability to express his views, thought process, mindsets with attraction as well as clarity of expression. It can be classified into different techniques like written, oral, verbal, comprehension, public speech, Para languages, body languages, non verbal expressions etc. It can be set with quality parameters like concise, clear, concrete, courtesy and communicable. An individual can achieve success with impressive communication. In business negotiation, it is quite useful. Example, Mr. Trump has very good communication skills for political terms, he always create exact pressure to their counterparts. Mr. Modi, PM of India known for his great speeches on international front. He makes great negotiation with other country with his effective communication. Tim Branson of Virgin group is known for his motivational communication in the USA business landscape.

2) Leadership skills:

It is an ability of an individual to attract many people for mutual goal achievement within an organizational setting. A people can be said as having leadership skills if he eager to transform the lives of millions of people affected from some crisis. He will be take role which other people might deny. He always ready to sacrifice his own share for other. He supports his followers at any cost. In business leaders, this quality makes them organization wide acceptable even other stakeholders of the business support them a lot.

Steve Jobs was known for his global business leadership. Ratan Tata is also a great leader from Asia who always done great job while any international business negotiation occurs. His ethical approach for corporate leadership inspires many business tycoons in the world.
