Thank you.
While most companies have the funding to provide human resource training, most companies cannot afford to hire industry-specific talent or train their employees at the cost of loss of productivity. Thereof, the optimal choice for them is to utilize on the job training. Now, even companies that have the necessary resources can use on the job training, simply because it is useful and provides better consideration with an on-hands approach where individuals can learn while doing and through a mentor mentoring them while working, saving valuable resources and increasing engagement for employees with higher and more functional skill level. Some types of jobs require more training than others, such as factory employees working with hazardous chemical materials, and theoretical knowledge and experience can only take them so far. On the job training is both a necessity and viability in this case because, due to security concerns, individuals need to have the necessary knowledge of operations and on-hand training of emergency protocols. In this way, we can achieve a balance of resource to the utility for our employees, providing an optimal understanding of the task at hand and even utilize employees who do not have an innate ability or affinity for specific roles or have the positional gourmet but show a high aptitude and good work ethics.
