Answer:-

There are various methods that bring change to behaviour, but in helping life style choices people plan to enact , measure and maintain healthy behaviour changes.

Changing a behaviour like quit smoking requires action and maintenance. Once a person made change into a habit , then focus on next goal , learning more about the specific benefits for you of a behaviour generally understood as healthy, such as exercise and adequate sleep can help motivate you further to adopt this behavior and stick it over time is particularly effective for changing health behaviour.

Competitive technologies , lack of privacy, and background of the patient are usually described as potential barriers to effect communication between health professionals and the older adults . Older adults inability to communicate effectively may be effected by their conditions, medication or pain that disrupts or stops the message being understood.

Therefore the most common barriers to communication include the declining sensory, cognitive, and physical abilities of older adults . The lack of communication skills has a negative impact on older adults health behaviour. Thus all aspects of care and nursing are high importance in communication with older adults.
