Answer #1

In Marlise Munoz case what doctors said was right as per Texas State law they cannot take the advances of families or anyone if a patient is pregnant irrespective of her mental condition. So what doctors did was correct but the only point is that they didn't know whether the fetus inside Marlise is alive or not. Even after her Husband and family asking her to remove her from ventilator and make her dead as brain dead is also almost like death. Due to this laws doctors couldn't do anything, so the family of Marlise went to state court and told that if she is brain dead and those symptoms can also applicable to the fetus inside her as the body condition is same and behaviour is same as the fetus is inside her. After the battle in court Atlast court gave a ruling in favour of family.
